handy – the city guide on a smartphone PLUS win a trip to the Hong Kong Rugby Sevens!

If you’re a sports fan, there is an exciting event happening soon in Hong Kong – the Rugby Sevens! As much as I would like to, I won’t be able to make it, but I would love for you to win a free trip to Hong Kong to attend the Rugby Sevens and explore this amazing city thanks to handy – a sponsor of the Rugby Sevens that provides smart phone rental with lots of extras to make the most of your city visit. Here’s a little more about handy and this great competition.

For everyone going to the Hong Kong Rugby Sevens, there’s something you might want to check out. An official Hong Kong Sevens sponsor, handy is a smartphone you rent by the day. Unbelievably it comes with unlimited 3G internet, unlimited local calls and unlimited international calls to 17 countries. No hidden charges!

This means there’s going to be a lot of video calls back home to show-case tries in real-time! Or a mass increase in photo uploads of various Sevens shenanigans.

The city guide comes with reviews, suggestions, itineraries and ‘best of’ lists across attractions, shopping, dining, nightlife and more. handy also comes with discount deals you actually buy through the phone.

Especially for the Sevens, every single handy for two weeks before and two weeks after the Sevens will come with the ‘official app’! So real time updates across scores, matches, rankings, team and player information throughout the entire game, so if you happen to miss a game while queuing for beer it isn’t so bad.

  • I heard so much about this product called “handy” through my friend when he went there to Hong Kong for two weeks to visit his auntie who’s working in a cartoon network. He said that using the smartphone is very easy since it has internet access and GPRS to track directions. He even uses it for taking international calls. I think I would love to purchase this phone when we get there this summer since it is very affordable and the features is reasonable enough for a visitor like me to tour around Hong Kong.
