This week's travel photo is of the Nam Ou River in the small town of Nong Khiaw, Laos. I travelled through Laos during the rainy season, so the river was very full when I was there. However I had beautiful weather for the majority of my stay in this sleepy little town in Northern Laos.
This week's photo is of the main dirt street in the village of Nong Khiaw in Northern Laos. When I walked down this street, I found that I was the only tourist there, and it made for a great local experience.
