This week’s travel photo is of Santa Maria Formosa in Venice, Italy. Located in the Castello area of Venice, this church dates back to the late 15th century, while it’s campanile (clock tower) was completed in 1688.
Wow. If that picture doesn’t say Italy, I don’t know what does. Oh, how I wish to visit Italy. Thanks for sharing your photo and adventure, it sure did give my day a boost. I really like the statues on top of the building and the three bust mid-level on the front of the building.
