Clay artwork at Wat Naphamethanidon in Chiang Mai, Thailand

This week’s travel photo is of some beautiful artwork on the Queen’s Pagoda at Phra Mahathat Naphamethanidon in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The twin royal pagodas of Phra Mahathat Naphamethanidon are located near the top of Doi Inthanon – the highest mountain in Thailand.

Ah, this photo makes me want to go back to Thailand. I’ve wanted to go to Chiang Mai since a long time ago but somehow I always ended up somewhere else in the region.

Hi Bama. You should definitely go to Chiang Mai next time you’re in Thailand. It’s a really interesting city with lots to do. I can’t wait to go back :)
